Neck Tweaking

I went ice skating last night with HKN. Ice skating is one of those activities that you can feel yourself getting better at. Out there, it was just me, my rented blades, and the ice. The cold, the booming music, the flashing lights, and the dry-ice-induced haze all served to make the rest of the world disappear. Well, then I fell a second time and tweaked my neck.

It hurts to turn my head from side-to-side; it hurts to look downward; it hurts to reach behind my head. I had an incredible amount of trouble tying my hair up this morning. It was an exercise of reach, pain, retreat, and repeat.

I'm pretty sure it's a muscle strain. I should be okay in a few days. Until then, I have even more reason to maintain good posture.
