Breakpoint
Something funny happened today at Cory. It remained funny as I told Alan and Li outside of Cory. It remained funny as I told Bigi online. I think it won't be funny if I write it here, but let's try it anyway.
So, Dexter and I were in the 192 lab (in Cory). I was studying for tomorrow's quiz; he was also while eating some takeout Korean BBQ chicken. He was using a pair of those cheap, wooden chopsticks. Those chopsticks aren't that strong, but has anyone ever accidentally broken one while eating? Well... halfway through, Dexter goes to grab a piece of chicken. As his hand squeezed the chopsticks together, one of them breaks.
Nooooooo!
as he futilely tried to continue eating with one-and-half chopsticks. Soon after, both chopsticks ended up on the ground, so we went looking for plastic forks.
The HKN (Cory) office didn't have any, so we checked the IEEE office. The door was ajar; Dexter slowly opened the door. Rock/Rach (not sure how he spells his nickname...) answered, hey, are you here for the [IEEE] meeting?
Dexter: No... do you have any plastic forks?
They just had spoons. =)
